Can not brag enough on this practice. Mr. Best and Matt were my attorney. I was looking at 15-20 years for a drug and weapon charge, but they were able to get the weapon charge dismissed and 11/29 unsupervised probation for the drug charge!!! Blew my mind. Definitely the BEST in town!!! Highly recommended!!! 5-stars isn’t enough!

In February, I slipped and fell hard at a local Chattanooga hospital. This was through no fault of my own. They brought me to the Emergency Room with a badly twisted knee. I had follow up appointments and physical therapy.
The hospital denied responsibility and passed it on to a business they contract with to provide services to the said hospital.
After waiting for the hospital’s investigation, and then having it sent to the Contractor’s legal team, getting a pack of forms to fill out, etc, my husband and I decided to call Best and Brock.
We talked to Zack. He was extremely helpful and patient as the situation was explained to him. He asked the pertinent questions and I was able to send him the info from the Contractor’s legal team. He kept me updated on everything as it moved forward in litigation.
I was happy and surprised at the ease of the whole procedure and the results of my settlement.
Zack and his staff were very efficient and since I have health “share” medical insurance I felt the correct people paid for this accident that was caused by their negligence. My settlement more than covered my medical bills and we have saved some for any future issues that my knee might experience.
I highly recommend Zack and the firm Best and Brock if you require legal help!

Garth Best did an amazing job with my case. I had a case with a felony and misdemeanors, and now am sitting with one misdemeanor with community service which is the BEST outcome. I had dealt with other lawyers who just plain scared me and gave me no expectation of what to expect or what they could provide for me. He got felonies off my record and got me on a good path with the court systems, communication was amazing and effective and I truly believe that care and consideration was taken for me which I couldn’t find in anyone else. Having to make a life changing decision like: “who is the right person to hire to defend me for my DUI”, is very hard! Fortunately, I made the right decision with Best and Brock!
